Teaching Children the Importance of Balanced Diet

 
With obesity increasing at an exponential rate in all age groups, it's understandable why people are becoming more and more health conscious. Childhood obesity is an accepted forerunner to obesity in adults. As per a study 70% of obese children grow up to have adult obesity problems. Therefore, it’s pertinent that we fight this epidemic of obesity by inculcating healthier eating habits in our toddlers from the very beginning.

As Parents it’s essential we teach our children the importance of eating healthy. However, learning about healthy foods and inculcating healthier habits do not happen overnight.
